If you quiz on bidding, you'll run into problems because players may not be familiar with the bidding system you use -- an SAYC quiz might fail people who know Polish Club well. If people could see that I haven't taken the Spanish bridge jargon test they would know not to pick me from the partnership desk if they speak Spanish only and need to discuss system. Mini bridge with three robots could serve as a system independent skills test but I am not sure what would be the point. Anyway I am sure bbo has higher priorities.
