Too wide range of description after opening 2c

After cheaper minor 3♣ which promises forcing to 3♠,only,If I rebid 3♦,it only shows 19hcp+,23TPs,4+♦,5+♠,I am worried about Gib partner bidding 3♠ if I really rebid 3♦,how to next? so I have my best to bid 3nt showing my hand with 25hcp.

However first time to see the explanation on 3nt,3nt says " 4-♥,5-6♠,25-32hcp...".

This range with 8hcp is too wide,really not good.

I believe that the main root of this problem is 2♦ as bid waiting,bid waiting is almost useless.

How to resolve this problem?

There are many solutions,for example,after 2♣ ,2♦ as positive responding,2♥ as negative responding.

Problem is 3♣ is potentially a double negative. •

I think it better to have 3♣ as always a double negative and bid 2N with balanced or ♣.
