TCR %age

Hello Friends

I dont understand this TCR rate thing. One day I am on 90% and the next day it gets down to 88% even though I have played a couple of tourneys.

My questions :

1. How is TCR calculated?

2. How often is the calculation done?

3. I have never ever abandoned any tourn, still why doesnt it show as 100%?

4. If I lose connection and cant log in back soon, am then substituted. Does this give negative points?

5. Same for Board Completion Rate. I have never abandoned a game. I always leave after announcing at table. Then why does my BCR show 96%? I always leave after the next hand hand is dealt but before I bid.

Can someone please explain these concepts in detail? Or give a link to some previous discussion here on Forums? I am sure am not the 1st one to ask this ?

Thank you all and have a nice day

Kamal

Yes, this will cost you a disconnect. If ACBL and some other tourneys you can reconnect and rejoin tournament and avoid.

According to the records publicly available at myhands, you have failed to complete 13 of the tournaments you have started in the past month. 6 of these were Automated Express tournaments, where you are replaced by a robot and cannot return. Most of the others were pairs tournaments, and you usually can return there, although rules vary by tournament.

The TCR is to measure how reliable a tournament participant you are. Your reliability is based both on your personal reliability and that of your internet connection.
