raoz Posted June 21, 2015 Author Report Share Posted June 21, 2015 I've done some further investigation and it seems to be caused by the character 0x7f (); the DEL character - in particular, messages starting with that. I believe that the likely cause of this is that I'm using Linux and thus this character gets generated. I will know what to look out for in the future, but it is quite annoying.
