Is it too much to ask for GIB to lead a club from this hand? Yea yea he has a passive lead style but this is almost as bad as having a "not returning partner's singleton lead to ruff versus a small slam" style. gwnn Posted April 8, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 To clarify, I know that I also got loads of great results thanks to GIB's terrible, horrible, no good, very bad leads, but it would just be more fun if there were some tweaks that made GIB lead less like an ostrich and more like a human being. I understand that Bird and Anthias like passive leads but there must be a line somewhere when it becomes just suicidal (just as '4th from longest and strongest' can also become suicidal.)
