GIB Passes Takeout Double

Can anyone tell me why the GIB passes my takeout double in Robot Duplicate Tournament #9864, Board #6. Thank you.

Passing would certainly not occur to me, at the table, although it was not a bad decision as the cards lie. Any lead other than a suicidal Spade King beats par.

 

Note that the way that GIB currently responds to takeout doubles there is a fair chance that it would remove the double to 4D, which would not be pretty.
