mgoetze
LOL Texans. Or maybe they've figured out that they need a high pick to get a quarterback. Though they could have signed Ryan Fitzpatrick of course... Pats game plan seems to be typical, take away what they do best (run the football) and see if Ryan Fitzpatrick can beat you. It almost seems like he can, yet somehow the Pats are ahead and going to receive the kick. Hightower and Ninkovich have been beasts today, but the cornerback depth is a serious problem. mgoetze
I thought this Gronkowski guy is good? Wouldn't it be better to cover him?Steelers didn't do it either, so can't be such a big deal. So anyway after the Patriots game I flip over to RedZone channel and... WTF, only 2 games?!? mgoetze
LOL STL using pick #10 on a RB Gurley might actually be the first running back since 2007 worth a 1st round pick. Anyway, happy Dan Campbell debunking day everyone!

PhantomSac
Giants-Saints is amazing. LOL @ not just auto onside kicking when every possession = TOUCHDOWNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN for both teams.
PhantomSac
OMG they punt to the returner with 20 seconds left, he makes a big return then fumbles, his teammate recovers, and the PUNTER gets a facemasking penalty....so now we have a 51 yard field goal in the 49-49 game where one QB has 6 TDs and 1 has 7 and a pick 6. mgoetze
“We are very disappointed with the results of the season so far and believe a change in leadership was necessary,” Ford said. “We are beginning a national search for the best leadership to manage our team going forward. I want to assure our fans that we intend to identify and hire the very best leadership in order to produce a consistently winning football team. Our fans deserve a winning football team and we will do everything possible to make it a reality.”The very best leadership? Sorry, ma'am, but Mr. Belichick is already under contract. There are a lot of kids and people who look up to him, and for him to make comments like that, he's just showing that's acceptable to say that kind of stuff." lol. pretty sure this should clear up any doubt about andy dalton being a complete loser. wont somebody PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN!? Meanwhile, this season is really, really weird. Aside from a few good teams and a few really bad teams, does anyone really know how to rank the teams? Are NYG a top 10 team? Oakland? Are the Vikings an NFC contender?
PhantomSac
Hell no to Giants, they blow. Oak is legit if Carr is really this legit but it's more likely he's on a heater, guess time will tell. And the Vikings are legit imo, very good defense, ageless wonder of a running back, and bridgewater doesn't suck.

PhantomSac
The COWBOYS would be 9-0 with Romo this year fwiw. Our defense has played so far above expectation that we have been in every game with Weeden/Cassel despite being able to score TOUCHDOWNS. Romo would really be a hall of famer if he had been on another team, been saying it forever but he's the only reason we have been an 8-8 team every year (except for last year), without him it's like when indy lost peyton, we cannot win a game. ETA: We lost by 9, 6, 7, 1, 7, 4 with CASSEL/WEEDEN. I repressed the PATS blowout, guess we'd be 8-1 lol.

Obv i agree but just devil's advocate NYG have Lost by 1, Lost by 4, Lost by 3, Lost by 1 (wins are mostly not close games, another loss is by 20) Carr is legit imo
PhantomSac
4th and inches at midfield, commentators don't know what to do. Even Jason Garrett insta sends out the offense, to which one commentator suggests the Cowboys are in "nothing to lose" mode, and another says no, he was thinking he has the best O-line in the game. Almost all coaches insta go for it in that spot now, as evidenced by one of the worst/most conservative coaches in the league doing so. PhantomSac
It depends on the coach and depends on the commentator. The VIKINGS just punted on 4th and 2 from the packers 41. With the best running back in the game. Incredible lol. Many commentators would criticize that also fwiw. Guess maybe Garrett has gotten smarter. FOX went for it down 8 on like 4th and goal from 3 or 4 with not that much time left. They didnt get it, then KUBIAK ended up punting from 4th and 1 at the 40 instead of trying to win the game right there. Chicago drove it down and scored, but missed the 2. I think FOX was regretting not going for a field goal before, sigh. But yeah coaches and commentators have always been hopeless, it has gotten a lot better in the last 5 years though, I see many coaches going for it around midfield and at the opponents 1 yard line etc. And some commentators criticizing them when they don't. But I guess generally commentators are worse than coaches.
