My best guess - Drury now covers all passed hand limit raises. The description has failed to account for this hand type. But we have to know that responder cannot have 3 Hearts and either single or limit raise values. This is what's left.

 

They have also failed to update the description of the subsequent 4H call. Actually, of course, since the reverse is not a game force, 4H should not exist. Responder should attempt to sign off in 3H and the description should be of this hand type. Opener still has the option to go on to game if desired.

 

As I said shortly after Drury was added, I expected to see some problems with its implementation. Here are some that hopefully will be fixed.
