hellochas Posted January 13, 2015 Report Share Posted January 13, 2015 When playing an Express Tournament with 30 second time limits for bids and play, I am now and then given the heave ho for taking too long. Then I'm really ticked. On particularly frustrating plays or bids, I will be so involved in staring at my cards and running scenarios through my overtaxed brain that I don't SEE the warning. However I'm sure if there were a little warning bell (or other sound) a few seconds before time expired, I would hear it and bid or play before getting the boot. This seems like an easy fix, as their are already lots of other sounds on BBO. I would recommend the warning sound about 5 to 8 seconds before the deadline.
