Easiest way to add hands directly from BBO to forum

If I only want to import the hands, without bidding or play, what's the simplest way to get them to display on the forums?

I would say that the simplest way would be to start off by importing the entire hand, which is to say including the bidding and play, but then delete the bidding and play from the pasted hand before uploading.
