In hand 2, if you pass and get passed out, you will get a 84% score.

Well, yes, I guess if you pass with hand two, you would get a high score if the hand is passed out, seeing NS are cold for 4H's. On top of that, it takes pretty good defense to set 2D's. In diamonds you ahve 5D and 2S for 7 tricks. They can not allow you to ruff a heart in dummy or you make, nor can they allow you to endplay north with second round of hearts for a forced spade return late in the hand (after unblocking the spade jack if necessary). 2D can go down, and if fact, with good defense plus careless declarerer play can go down two. But the good result is availalble on pass only if south also passes (they were going to get +170 or better if you they bid).

As you know I am not really the 'Zar agressive opener' type but I still think there is more than 1 opening bid on this hand. Good 5-card suit and three 10s (accepted one of them is not working but still...)
