eagles123
this was a cold bottom which if made wouldve been a top [hv=pc=n&w=s8hq873daj963cjt8&e=sakq6hj52dq5caq54&d=s&v=e&b=3&a=1np2cd2sppdp3dp3npp]266|200[/hv] 1n = 12-14 lead is a 7 of spades Eagles
MrAce
Seems like N can not have anything more than sp J. Take the lead and play a club towards dummy. Planning to make 3 clubs+3 spades+2 dia and a heart. It looks they can never get 5th trick if you don't dig diamond suit by yourself. Or You can easily play hearts from hand to dummy since S skipped 2 h bid, he has 3 hearts at most, AK tide or AKx
PhantomSac
Just win and play a heart seems most accurate, clubs will be your entry to your hand. I expect to make an overtrick thanks to the SEVEN of spades being the lead.
Jinksy
Was E's second X for penalties? If so, pulling seems wrong at MPs when W has a relatively defensive hand and a poor D suit. On the actual hands, I suspect even 2♠X -3 would still have been a top in club bridge, and I think a ♠ lead would get you 800 in on best defence, assuming S had his bid.
