dickiegera
[hv=d=n&v=0&b=1&a=1dp1sp4d]133|100[/hv] North is showing a 4spade 6 diamond hand with game going values. There is a name for this convention. I use to know, however I have forgot. Does someone know the name. Thank you

whereagles
Well, I would call it a fitbid.
monikrazy
Perhaps you are thinking of a trump swiss bid? Though, that bid would not promise 6 diamonds usually.
aguahombre
Yes, it was called a Walsh fragment; but it wasn't accurately described by that, and has remained the Convention With No Name. There is an extension in use by a very few of us: No matter which Minor has been opened, 4C=4-6+ and a real moose (slammish).4D=4-6+ but less. The fragment or stiff is not disclosed by the CWNN.
