keylime
Recently I was made aware that the superstar Italian dynamo Fulvio Fantoni is going to play with a "lottery winner" for one of the BBO Italia games coming soon. I couldn't help but be giddy at the chance that one of us commoners will get the chance maybe of a lifetime to play with Mr. Fantoni. Imagine the thrill of let's say a beginner or intermediate, who's still learning and maturing in this game, to get to play with one of the modern-day warriors? Or better yet, a player that is competent, to get a glimpse into the top eschelon? I personally would probably provide 12 boards of worship, aspire to have Fulvio play every board possible, and take notes! My question: how many BBO dollars would you pay, to get a chance to play with a world championship caliber player?
dogsbreath
hi all..Mr Fantoni is GROSSLY over-rated .. his driving average is well below the 300 yard average we expect of a pro and his chipping and putting leaves something to be desired..Rgds Dog :P
han
To play with a worldclass player online seems not attractive to me, watching is more interesting. To play face to face with Fantoni would be much better!
Flame
I see fantoni alot on BBO, If i understand correctly he plays with students, so you dont have to win something inorder to play with him.
