I have found Gib to squander honor tricks strangely - human never do that.

1-After I lead ♠5,Gib E ruff by ♣K instead of ♣5.squander honor trick?

2-At 7th round,I play ♠3,dummy ♠A,Gib N ♠8,but Gib E ruff by ♣5! squander honor trick?

If you play card by card in the diagram, you will see DD analysis shows GIB is 2 down unless it ruffs with ♣K and then it's 3 down. So, it doesn't matter whether it pitches on this trick or ruffs low. When GIB sees something doesn't matter, it chooses an option at random.
