My questions：

 

1- After double,my reb-3♥ is alerted as "5+♥,17 TP",is it right?

 

2- Gib N have finished its work,why does Gib make a final decision for me?

GIB thinks that the only reason you should bid over 3♣x is if you are strong enough to invite him to game. Otherwise, you can just pass and he will sign off in 3♥. Since he has a maximum for his mixed raise (he might even have been too strong to make it in the first place), he accepted your invitation.

I think a normal logic bidding sequences are :

1- If I rebid my suit,it shows signoff at partscore with weak hand,no interest in game.

2- If I am intrest in game,I can redouble or cuebid other suit when with extra values.
