ATTACK....

The spade king is in the pocket, and any heart hook that is needed will be on as well. Looks like you will need to score a club and your diamond king. I lead a club... you can afford to be tricky, because if your partner has the hoped for club QUEEN, it will be his only card. So I would lead a "top of nothing" club rather than low. Since declearer with Qx may try to count on running hearts (and successful diamond hook) or hooking twice in spades for a club pitch rather than than ducking opening lead to your partners presumed king.

Therefore I choose "other"

An alternative approach is to go passive and hope to win both minor kings, but do your really think that is going to work, given the spade king and three small hearts? It might, but I will bank on a club and diamond.

This is the hand where a small spade lead wont work. Declarer has no running suit to discard his spade loer, if he has any. So if you lead spade, he is more or less forcecd to take the finesse.

Attacking with club is not without danger. Declarer should have CA for his 4N. He might have CQ as well. However, if we wait, declarer will use his heart tricks to discard his club loser.

I go with small club.
