You usually see random waste of high cards in 2nd hand. I suppose there might be 1 out of a hundred times when some kind of unblock is necessary, but it would greatly improve the defense if GIB always played low in normal following suit situations. barmar Posted April 20, 2014 Report Share Posted April 20, 2014 GIB is not good at all at figuring out when singletons are forced.
