helene_t
I am wondering what the difference is between male/female and female/male.Probably if you play with a male you are f/m.
Vampyr
The dominator comes first. Or, as the case may be, the dominatrix.

Mbodell
This should really be a multiselect. I have 6+ very regular partnerships and another dozen or so occasional partnerships. My partnerships are approximately 50/50 between male/female and male/male (I have 8 people I've played 12 or more "power rated" ACBL sessions over the past 2 years - 6 are women and 2 are men; But that doesn't count 2 of my regular partnerships that I play in nearly every week online both of which are male; of the 17 people I've played at least 1 but fewer than 12 rated sessions in the past 2 years 13 are men and 4 are women). But there's no one I play more than about 15% of my bridge with, so trying to pick one partner as my "primary" doesn't really work.

Trump Echo
Re M/F vs F/M, it could be that Males are more apt to read bridge forums.
PhilG007
I play with both sexes so really cannot vote on this topic :)

Vampyr
Re M/F vs F/M, it could be that Males are more apt to read bridge forums. Also this is a reason that whatever he is planning to do with this data, it will not be representative of anything but BBO members.
manudude03
I voted Male/Male since my most regular partnership is male/male, but I guess my strongest partnership is female/male.
slothy
ummmm do you have an option for when you are not really sure what gender your partner is? i mean frustrating when you are uncertain whether to enter for Mens Pairs or Mixed....

MrAce
Omg, Alex is here ! Are you bored in BBO since JEC matches disallowed to kibs ? http://www.bridgebase.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif
the hog
JEC matches disallow kibs now? Last pd was male. I have only ever played with one partner at a time. Once you play 2x a week and bid and discuss system for another 2 hours, there is not time left for a second partnership.
PhilG007
I think this topic is a no brainer. Both sexes are prone to error. Both genders are imperfect. To thine own self be true :P
jeffford76
The assumption that a mixed gender partnership must have a "dominator" is flawed.
barmar
The assumption that a mixed gender partnership must have a "dominator" is flawed. But the notion that it might have a "dominatrix" is ... intriguing.
