dandey Posted April 10, 2014 Report Share Posted April 10, 2014 Hello, I just tried to register using: user name: tscleary email addr: tscleary@gmail.com full name: Tom Cleary and although everything seemed to work ok, it did not become active. A message popped up saying that I would receive an activation link in my email box, but the link never arrived. Thank you for any suggestions. barmar Posted April 11, 2014 Report Share Posted April 11, 2014 Our logs show that we successfully sent the confirmation email about 35 minutes before you posted your message. Check your spam folder, maybe Gmail filtered it. If you still can't find it, send email to support@bridgebase.com and they'll help you activate your account. barmar Posted May 2, 2014 Report Share Posted May 2, 2014 I just tried registering from my Gmail account, the confirmation email DID go into the Spam folder.
