Of course,this is a misunderstanding,and it need to be fixed.I suggest GIB E should bid 2nt to show minors.

It will be investigated for fix/improvement of sequence as 2NT is also buggy call showing invite for 3NT based on huge amount of points - the impossible 24HCP.
