Does GIB have stronger requirements when vul than when non-vul? Edit: GIB's system notes say that GIB does not consider vulnerability on opening bids. I ask because recent GIB ( at least two version ago ) would open 2♥ in 1st seat and not pass. And also 5♣ comes as bid by North after 4♠. Anyway it will be investigated.
