I disagree with no less than five calls (alerted)

 

1 - east doubles for takeout when we're likely in a 6-1 fit. The description says 4+♣ 4+♦ 5-♥ 5-♠; 14-16 TP. I don't think his lousy 7-count fits.

2 - W jumps to 3NT opposite the TO double holding a balanced 13-count. It's the book bid (13-18 HCP, stoppers in both majors) but why on earth would W expect it to make?

3 - N takes out south's penalty double (the description of X is 10 TP, 2-♥, 6+♠) holding ♠Axx. How many stoppers does he expect W to have?

4 - W balances 5♦ with his very likely trump tricks and a cashing ace.

5 - N, who was willing to subside in 2♠, bids 5/5.
