After 3,GIB should start cuebid sequences for showing fit,if do so,it would be easier to find slam.

 

I think this is not good bidding style if it is unable to display the features of the hand holding.

Probably a limitation of the system, I don't think W has a bid to ask for the minor after 3. A human would take a lot of clubs to be P/C but in GIB's system it probably shows some huge hand with self-sufficient clubs.

2NT shows clubs and hearts, there is no unknown suit. So W can just bid clubs.
