How high should I bid? I have to make a final guess for 6♣,is it a right way?

Since you're playing Solitaire, where 6N making is no better than 6♣ making, 6♣ seems clear to me on the first hand; your 24total + North's 8+ is plenty strong enough. Edit: However, I wonder what stength ranges would have been shown by North bidding 4♣ or 6♣ rather than 5♣.

This one puzzles me. With 19 balanced, you would have opened 1m planning to rebid 2N, and with 20-21 balanced, you would have open 2N; therefore, your sequence should show a stronger hand than that.

He can't open 1C- for GIB bidding there is a strong chance of being passed there when 3NT or even 5C is easy. 2NT opening is about right for the hand- however no scientific way to get to slam playing with a GIB as GIB does not do cue-bidding right especially with a minor.
