Why GIB don't go on playing ♣? So I think that the continuity of the GIB logical thinking is not good.

It is not allowed to use "logical thinking" and "GIB" in the same sentence! GIB does not do that! For play of the hand, GIB uses a limited number of simulations and then chooses a play base on those - which may result in very poor plays some of the time - that is just the nature of the beast.
