Still seem aggressive to jump with 9TP. Especially when to 3 level in minor. I'd expect more like 10 total points if not 10.5. Jump to 2M in major can be less. And given balancing seat double should probably be stronger.

 

Also IMO as general rule in response to takeout double I'd like GIB to always prioritize bid unbid 4 card major ahead of longer minors, unless say 7+ in minor. There's a lot more upside in bidding a major, you can outbid opps at lower level more frequently, game is more frequent, and it's going to be hard to find major later on a lot of auctions, if you get another chance at all. This is std practice I believe, doubler should not have to worry about both finding 4-4 major fit & stopper for 3nt when advancer declines to show a major.
