Fluffy
The teams final in the Cuba Bridge Festival 2013 saw team Northwend composed of 4 norwegian players from Stavanger imposing over team Juan Valdes from Colombia/Spain. The most instructive hand of the final is this one: Click here to play the hand [hv=pc=n&s=s8hkqj9542dkq8c84&d=w&v=b&b=4&a=1n(15-17)pp]133|200[/hv]
wank
i hope you have 2 passports - it's a little tricky getting to an ACBL nationals with any exotic passport stamps
Fluffy
I am checking my passport and I see no stamp from cuba, I had a paper attached with the visa while I was there, but maybe inmigration removed it when I left?, if there is trouble entering USA I would bet a country who has 60% of its earnings from tourism will take care of that. Antrax
Your computer screwed me :( I tried playing like this: Duck ♣K, finesse on the second round when W persists. ♦ to Q, holds. Now I wanted to play ♦K so I can either ruff a diamond in dummy or have the ♠A as an entry to the ♣A if W draws trumps, but couldn't. Fluffy
I see it, thanks a lot, there is a bug somewhere, if you had played ♦K instead of the queen it would 'allow' you (it would play ♦8 instead*). But I have a bug with the aliases and the program doesn't take ♦KQ totally equally although it should. BTW on the position you reached all you had to do is play ♦8 instead of the King for the same result, anyway, you found the only winning line, so well done. *To cut of the decision tree with almost identical positions I sometimes force a similar play when you try another, to avoid duplicating limbs. Cyberyeti
I posted comment on your site, also got line right, but defence did something odd.
Fluffy
yup gotta check that third position play, thanks for the notification (is notification the correct word?)
Antrax
I think "notice", "note" or "heads up" are more common, but I'm not a native speaker.

Zelandakh
I would think the more common form here is "Thanks for letting me know."
