Seems like hearts are 4-4, I don't really have any plan other than to hope the KQ of clubs are on.

 

Anyways I think starting with a club to the ten and seeing what happens is the only option. Maybe I will have some squeeze (eg, if LHO has KQ doubleton of clubs and cashes the 4th heart I have an automatic double squeeze i think, but if he doesn't cash the heart I will be in trouble I think). On these types of hands I just play clubs and let them figure out what to do till I'm in again, not really worth going over all the possibilities before that.

I played a small club, the Q popped, driving out the K showed clubs were 5-1. They cashed their heart, which would have led to a pointed suit squeeze except I played too fast and screwed it up - a discarding mistake by east let it come home anyway, and it was win 10.
