I am not a great fan of fast arrival opposite an unlimited partner who could still have slam ambitions opposite a minimum. With that hand would rebid 4♠ over 2♠ : 5+ ♦; 4+ ♠; 11+ HCP; 12-14 total points I'd strongly prefer that GIB bid 3♠ not 4♠. Partner is unlimited. Why take away bidding room? 4 spades should deny a control card in either hearts or clubs on this auction.
