Some possibilities: 1♣ (Precision)1♦ (SA, 2/1, or Romex)1♥ (EHAA, Goren, Acol) I suspect not everyone will agree with these choices. LHO opens 1♠ out of turn, partner doesn't accept, RHO will be barred from first round of bidding if LHO bids spades at first turn, totally barred otherwise.
