Zelandakh Posted November 28, 2013 Report Share Posted November 28, 2013 It is legal to have an agreement that South calls the director if he wants his partner to accept the IB, and does not do so if he wants North not to accept the IB.Since you should call the Director in this situation, is it not an infraction not to do so because of an agreement?
