Partner will usually pass 3NT, and I really need 9 toppers to make on a shovel lead. If partner bids 4 of a minor, I raise. Dble has several ways to win (including defending 3S*) but 3N needs partner to have a spade stop as well or it is very unlikely to make. With the corrected hand, i would double 3♠ and raise 4m to 5 at imps. With the previous hand (AKxx hearts) i would have doubled and bid 4♠ over 4m.
