It might be better to present the problem by just saying the contract is 5NT by South and the lead is the ♠J, leaving out the bidding. Now, although you don't have the squeeze against East, you've only lost one trick so far, so you can duck the CK if West tries that, and then you have the communications to cash all your diamonds.
