Do you agree with 2S ? What do you do now ?

2 is so puny. You can do the math and figure out that they have the values for game, so bid 4 right away if you think you might want to later. To bid 4 now is to admit that you planned for the future poorly.

If you think 4 is right now you should have bid it last round before West was able to describe his hand nicely to his partner. I do not think it can be right to bid twice so if you try 2 or 3 spades first time you should now pass.

I thought that partner is going to have a really hard time to find an A club lead if I jump to 3S/4S directly. I also thought that 4S was always going to be doubled anyway with little chances of them bidding 5H. So that why I only bid 2S planning to sacrifice if they seems to bid game with confidence. So i endup in 4Sx -2 but 4H didnt make at the other table.

Wich can make but declarer as a lot of chance to go wrong at the club level. You need to kick out the A of D to sever communication to avoid a 2nd club ruff and make the avoidance play in club.

when rho bids 2h I have no clue how strong lho is and since p is a passed hand

I have every reason to think the opps have at least a game.

4s

with some sympathy for anyone with the nerve to bid 5s to make their possible slam

bidding difficult. The 4s bid not only takes up the most room with fairly small risk

(in case they x) but makes the opps take the last guess. I think 4s is the best way

to "win" the board outright. I know this is posted after the hands were posted but I

just got back from a golf vacation (played like a bridge player sigh).
