Bbradley62
Robot bids Stayman with 2 spades and 3 hearts ?? Unfortunately no way to attach a screen shot of the bidding - kind of a useless forum structure ...According to the system that you have agreed to play by playing with GIB, 2N over 1N is a transfer to clubs; therefore, hands that want to invite 3N opposite a 1N opening bid: 1N-2♣-2x-2N. A (reasonably) complete description of GIB's bidding system can be found in the GIB forum section, with the thread name "GIB CC as played on BBO". It can also be found on BBO, but the site seems to be having trouble, so I'll post the instructions to find it later. [Edit, since it's now later...] On BBO, go to "Robot World" then "Robot Convention Card" to get both an explanation of GIB's bidding and a link to the actual convention card. You can also go to "Convention Cards" and "GIB 2/1" to simply see the card. Finally, if you mouse over any bid GIB has made, or any bid you are considering making, the system will tell you the meaning of that bid.
