xhq Posted September 2, 2013 Report Share Posted September 2, 2013 就关于CBC训练赛(包括对外交流),我想谈谈我个人的一些想法:1、训练要有目标。企业质量管理有"零缺陷"质量管理目标,我们训练赛也要有"零低级错误"和"零常识性错误"的训练目标。2、每次训练赛结束后,对每副结果有差异的牌从四个方面(叫牌、做庄、防守及首攻)进行总结。3、知识点补充,简明扼要。4、杜绝飞牛和臆断叫牌。5、成功和失败的牌例与大家分享。让大家记住汲取失败的教训和成功的经验,愿大家一起"同耕耘,同成长。" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
