When you create a tourney with (say) INCLUDE FRIENDS and later edit that tournament the INCLUDE FRIENDS line is not highlighted like it should be. So if you (say) change the start time, the tourney will be saved without restrictions For now, the workaround is : when editing a tourney make sure that you re-enable the restrictions.
