alanrick
I started this in another thread, but the title was misleading because it occurs in different browsers and different operating systems with the web client. Symptom: After playing a series of hands, and revisiting them to see how others played them, sometimes, it is not possible to select the other table's results to see how they bid or played. Double-clicking (or lh mouse) does not show the detail of the selected table but keeps showing my results instead (see screenshot). http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/834/sxn.gif/ New symptom: My partner had the same problem today while we were online together today. He could access some hands that other's had played. But not all. These 6nt hands couldn't be accessed by either of us.However, it appeared to be the case that there were other hands that he could access, that I couldn't. Symptom: After logging off, and logging on again I can access all the hands. Windows (different versions). Browsers IE9, IE10, Firefox, Chrome. Link to old thread (which can be closed) 'cos I can't change the misleading title.
alanrick
I started this in another thread, but the title was misleading because it occurs in different browsers and different operating systems with the web client. Double-clicking (or lh mouse) does not show the detail of the selected table but keeps showing my results instead (see screenshot).http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/834/sxn.gif/ I've discovered that even though you cannot see the hands under your results, you can see them (without even logging off) under My BBO -> Hands playedSo there is a workaround. But it's quite awkward (because that method shows stuff in a popup window and not the main frame or a new tab) I also noticed that when you click on a hand under Other Tables (My Results frame), normally a "loading" message is displayed. But in the erroneous cases (e.g. 6NTN+1 in the screenshot) this message doesn't display, implying that the software believes it already has the results - which it doesn't. It only has the results from my table (3NT+3 at the top of the list) - which it displays erroneously.
1eyedjack
Sometimes I find that there is a significant delay, and if you wait long enough you can get what you want. Don't know if that is relevant to this thread.
