Ergo: ...4N (sorry, not interested)

We'd need to bring in diamonds for 1 loser, and that seems quite ambitious. Even in 5N I'm not that happy, but at least I'll be playing in my methods (with NT first bid at the 5 level, it turns out). Edit: interesting you guys are all so pessimistic with 20 QPs combined. That's just off an AQ or KK.
awm
... 3♦ (shape)3♥ - 4♣ (8 QP)4♦ - 4♥ (two top diamonds) Again, this could be xxx K AKxxx Qxxx which is a decent slam, or Axx x AQxxx Qxxx which offers good play for club slam on a dummy reversal. 4♠ - 5♦ (one top club, one top spade, no top heart) At this point the whole hand is known. 6♣ - Pass On a club lead (best) I will win in the short hand and finesse diamonds. If this wins I can cross ruff to twelve tricks. Note slam is even better if the diamond hand includes the jack. Anyway, if not willing to play this slam I could've signed off in 4NT a long time ago. :)

Free
One could try to play 6♣ on a dummy reversal or hope for a favorable ♦ layout, but for that I'd need at least 9 QP's. So I choose my end signal, which partner will only zoom with 9+ QP's: ...-3♦ (shape)3♠-3NT (puppet ; 6-8 QP's)pass
