You decided, for what ever reson not to invite, partner did not give a pos.signal, he just did compete further, pass.If you dont pass, you second guess your decision not to invite. For that matter, I would have invited, given that I am a passed hand, I cannothave much more, but your decision may be influenced by partnership knowledge,I am not aware of, and may well be right.
