I doubt we have game, I have two spade tricks and some help in hearts, and I think this is going down, so +200/500 seems like the best shot. This was a clear pass indeed, you bring 2 defensive tricks and some help (maybe worth half a trick), your partner doubles Vulnerable at 3-level committing us to 3♠x or the 4-level while you already passed, so his hand is good.
