the_clown
I would bid 2N, I feel I have too much for NF 3♣. 4♦ is more descriptive, but I am afraid 5♣ may suffer ♥ruffs. Partner will not be short in ♥ when GF, since he didn't jump to 3♥.
mike777
I will try 4c. 3nt option 2.
Hanoi5
What would 3♥ mean? If it shows I have hearts that's my bid. I think I've suffered a diamond lead after bidding NT with this type of hand but I suppose NT it's the place to go.
Fluffy
I would bid 3NT, I don't really like it but other options seem worse: 2NT is NF for me, and I have a big hand due to heart allocation3♣ is wrong for the same reason2♠ I kinda like it, but there will be little recovery if partner raises at the 4 level3♥ is a GF hand with no clear direction, it doesn't deny heart stopper but partner will have no room to investigate at the 3 level so it won't normally work. Codo
3 Nt, my partner has enough diamonds and spades to stop both suits more than once. After all he forced me with nothing in hearts and clubs....
cherdano
I definitely think 2NT should be forcing here. No reason to play 2NT when you have a known fit.

ggwhiz
2♥ is only a limit raise and I really think it's worth a risk to right side 3nt and that's IF 1. It's the right game or 2. We even have game. 3♣ for me. If pard has something like ♠AK and the ♣A or ♠A ♦K to length ♣A I expect another try as our 2♣ overcalls here are solid. Getting to the wrong game loses more imps than missing one but only by 12 or 13 to 10.
Free
2NT for me
rmnka447
Partner has shown a good hand. So as overcaller, you need to let partner how good your hand is. I think most people play that 3 ♣ would a minimum overcall and be non forcing. Your ♥ KJ9x are probably worth more than their actual point count because they sit behind the ♥ length. So I'd take a positive view of the hand and treat it as the equivalent of an opening bid. The most descriptive bid at this point is 2 NT. It says partner I have an opening bid and ♥s stopped. Whatever action partner takes next is likely to move us in the right direction. 2 NT also has the advantage of saving some bidding space. This can be important depending on your response methods to an overcall. If 2 ♠ would have been NF constructive, then 2 NT lets partner show his suit under 3 NT. If partner had a 3 card raise with limit values, partner can still sign off in 3 ♣.
Zelandakh
I am taking a shot at 3NT. If there is more on the table, partner should be reasonably placed to judge knowing my values are in the round suits.
