Welcome Gregor (or is it Jack?) to the BBO gaming site and to this, the BBO's user Forums. I am an administrator of this discussion forum and one of many BBO host on the gaming site (the group with the yellow usernames you can find by clicking the "host" tab under the who is on line option).

 

I would be delighted to play in a few tournaments with you to help you become familiar with the software and to answer any questions that might come up. I can play both systems you mentioned, and I am pretty sure whatever defensive carding agreement you would want to play I could handle. I am pretty sure I meet your requirement for a good-tempered partner, the question of being competent would be open for further review however.

 

My schedule is flexible as for timing of play, with preference for evenings (EDT) or mornings -- but almost never on Wednesdays-- but if you are interested in playing a few events with me, we would need to arrange times to play.
