GIB not recognizing a 2-suiter by partner

This is a bidding logic error at work: Partner shows a 2-suiter and rather than playing in a known 8-card minor fit, GIB chooses ♥. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that the explanation doesn't include either-or situations?

Fixed in next v27. Would not tend to prefer major with bad or unclear fit instead of let partner find better minor game. Would use 2NT.
