I'm not sure what East's 3rd round bid of means, since I assume from the bidding he's shown his Ace to be in . I also don't know what a 2 game force is (a strong 2 bid?).

 

It looks like a long Diamond suit is ready to run, and perhaps a few spades too as a finesse through pard will work (if Declarer holds AQ).

 

I'd lead the 6 and pray pard has the Q.

 

(I think leading the Ace and continuing the suit would not be a good idea.)

Both opponents have long suits, so you should be agressive, lead looks the best spot to find a second winner, but wait, one of their suits won't run because you have J9xx, so count their tricks, they have 3, 7, 1, and they can make 11th in easilly, so its right, lead a to search for 12th, actually K could be right for not being squeezed, but that is to guess too much.
