lycier Posted March 20, 2013 Report Share Posted March 20, 2013 美国定约桥牌协会文告原文如下： Greenberg, Hardy latestadditions to Hall of Fame Gail Greenberg, who has done just about everything in bridge, and the late Tournament Director Max Hardy will be added to the ACBL Bridge Hall of Fame this summer via two awards recognizing their long and meritorious service to the game. In ceremonies on Aug. 4 during the Summer NABC in Atlanta, Greenberg will receive the von Zedtwitz Award. The Blackwood Award will go to Hardy posthumously. The ceremony will take place after the 3 p.m. session.Greenberg and Hardy were selected by the Hall of Fame Committee. In the balloting submitted byHall of Fame electors, no player received sufficient votes for election.The von Zedtwitz Award is given to a player for service to bridge along with expertise as a player. The Blackwood Aware is also given for service,not necessarily including bridge expertise. Hardy was an expert player but he made his mark as a TD and author.Greenberg owns two bridge clubs in New York City – Honors and Hartes.
