Robot bidding buggier than ever - no one listens

I've spent a stupid amount of money playing in robot tournaments. I submit robot reports and send emails about bad programming and stopped getting any responses.

Here are my two latest:

Descriptions for 3s and 4s both show as an non opening hand.

Robot promised four spades and had three.

Robot showed a partial heart stopper and had a stiff

The first hand is clearly a bug on the 4S bid, what else are you meant to bid.

But on the second hand I don't agree this is a bug. The TOX from N looks pretty sensible, though if GIB routinely makes it on that kind of hand then the "4+S" should be changed. But having already shown your spades, after GIB bids 3NT rather than 4S, you can assume he had a slightly offshape TOX and should double. (The "3-5 S" for 3S probably ought to be changed to "4-5 S" as well.)

I think North bid perfectly. double shows 4 spades but with the given hand it's fine IMO, in general GIB is programmed to be able to select bids within one card of the description.

I don't think 3nt should show stopper at all, it should show more or less precisely this hand. If North had 4/5 spades it should just bid 4s instead of 3nt. If North had a stopper and 3 cd spades it woud have just bid 3nt instead of doubling. Bidding 4d could be silly if South has hearts well stopped but 4 mediocre spades.

So I think basically North should bid as it does, just adjust the description of what 3nt shows.
