PhilKing
Why is this in the Expert-Class forum? Because you can hardly brag if you put it in the novice section.

Zelandakh
Is it a slam you'd want to brag about being in though?
gszes
no i am a big coward let me play a simple 4s and look for a swing on a hand whereit doesnt appear I need a miracle. You have the AQ opposite p almost certain short clubyou have a singeton heart opposite p 5 card suit (odds of them having no wasted values there are slim to none). Your bidding has led you to a point where you should either bid 3nor 4s however you can cue bid 4c (over 3s) to make a slam try but your p will not cooperate\much with a min and an already perfectly described hand. Thats the nice thing about bridge though---if you and your partner think going for it all the timeis great than go for it.
