How is this bid?

I would bid:

-N: pass (balanced minimum despite good cannto be enough to bid 4)

-S: 5 (not gonna risk a double with 10 diamonds including KQJ)

-N: 5 (5 would be interesting but I don't have what it takes to bid it)

-S: 4 keycards AK A K, partner rates to have only 2, but 3 is possible, and K or K could be onside, its a coin toss between pass and 6.

On the other hand if north bids 4 its just a matter of keycards, gambling that partner has 2+ hearts or a club honnor to play 7

Right or wrong, I am certainly not pussyfooting with 5 on the second round with the South hand.

When all of North cards are working after he has limited his hand his 6 bid obviously invites a grand and South can count 13 tricks on a dummy reversal in spades but not in diamonds.

I am a five card major guy, but my Acol heritage would induce me to open the North hand with 1
